    I think firms should revisit how they satisfy their consumers’ needs. The external environment changes, but business and society are also defined within a new paradigm. The concept of impact and materiality are at the core of this strong emphasis on relationships and interconnections. I hope his conference will help redefine how to frame the changing environment and the world crisis in new frameworks.
